Fiber Artspace Gallery inaugural opening @ new location

Here are a couple of photos from the opening reception of Liz Axford's solo exhibition, "Elements".  The reception was held Thursday evening from 6-9 pm.  I'm just now putting my feet up, and it is 1 am!  We had a great crowd for the opening, and at least 2 pieces sold.  Hopefully, there will be more to follow.  

My amazing friends, Billie and Karen (and Rick) sent me a gorgeous bouquet of flowers to honor the occasion, which really touched me.  What a thrill!  It was a great night.

This photo was taken before we began hanging the "Elements" show.  The gallery space was finished yesterday!  It will take some time to settle in, but we were able to hang the show easily.  Tomorrow we will bring a small desk and lamp into the gallery.  Here's to progress!
